Intolérance au lactose - traces de lactose. Ce produit est bien plus pratique que les gélules qui sont à prendre 20 minutes avant le repas. Effet rapide, efficace et texture pas dérangeante. Facile à emporter avec soi dans le portefeuille et pas besoin de réfléchir à quand le prendre avant de manger.

C'est un très bon produit. Je suis totalement intolérante au lactose (traces y compris) et c'est le seul produit qui comprend des lactases qui fonctionne chez moi. Très bon dosage, facile à emporter dans sa poche pour un petit resto et il est efficace instantanément! Je le recommande totalement.

Zelf ben ik volledig lactose intolerant. Zelfs bij het kleinste beetje krijg ik al last. Daardoor was er heel veel dat ik al lang niet meer kon eten. Maar dankzij dit spul eet ik echt alles weer. Zelfs ijs! Gewoon vlak voordat je het eet innemen. En het smaakt nog lekker ook.

Nadat ik lactose intollerant bleek te zijn heb ik dit middel gekocht en de vervelende pijnlijke buikkrampen blijven achterwege.
De zakjes zijn heel makkelijk te gebruiken en mee te nemen voor onderweg. Ze zijn bovendien lekker van smaak. Kortom heel doeltreffend, ze doen wat ze moeten doen. Een absolute aanrader, ik ben heel tevreden en zou ze niet meer kunnen missen

Snel Comfort bij Lactose-Intolerantie

Lactose-OK Forte Instant werkt echt goed om de ongemakken van lactose-intolerantie te verlichten. Het is handig en doeltreffend, maar eerlijk gezegd voorkomt het niet volledig de negatieve effecten op de volgende dag, zoals gasvorming en buikpijn. Het biedt snelle verlichting op het moment zelf, maar het is goed om te weten dat het niet alles voorkomt. Desondanks blijft het een handige keuze voor degenen die willen genieten van zuivel met wat extra comfort.

La poudre se consomme directement et sans eau. Facilement transportable, l’emballage est résistant (y compris aux intempéries) donc on peut en glisser dans la poche du sac à dos en voyage ou en laisser au fonds de la boîte à gants de la voiture. Je suis intolérante au lactose. Par exemple je ne peux plus manger de mozzarella cela me donne des crampes et problèmes intestinaux. Je l ai utilisé avant de manger un fromage et c est bien passé ! Lactose-OK contains the enzyme lactase. Lactase improves lactose digestion in people who have difficulty digesting it. Lactose-OK comes in three forms and strengths: capsules with 3300 FCC of lactase, tablets with 4500 FCC of lactase and Forte Instant sticks with 6000 FCC of lactase.
What is the difference between Lactose-OK capsules, tablets and Forte Instant sticks?

All three variants contain lactase but differ in enzyme activity and form. Capsules provide 3300 FCC of lactase, tablets 4500 FCC and Forte Instant sticks 6000 FCC per unit. Capsules can be opened and tablets crushed, which can be useful for young children, for example. The sticks contain powder that can be sprinkled directly onto the tongue or over lactose-containing food, making them convenient for swallowing difficulties, on the go or at a restaurant.
When and how should you take Lactose-OK?

Take Lactose-OK just before a lactose-containing meal. Capsules are normally swallowed whole, and tablets can be taken with water. The Forte Instant stick can be sprinkled directly onto the tongue without water or distributed over lactose-containing food. This makes the lactase enzyme available when lactose from the meal is digested.
How much Lactose-OK do you need with a meal?

Which form of Lactose-OK should you choose?
