What is Glucose-OK and what is it used for?

Glucose-OK is a food supplement containing white mulberry extract (Reducose), cinnamon, chromium, vitamin C and vitamin B12. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and normal macronutrient metabolism. Vitamins C and B12 support normal energy metabolism.
How does white mulberry (Reducose) work in Glucose-OK?

Reducose is a standardised extract of white mulberry leaves containing DNJ (1-deoxynojirimycin). DNJ acts on alpha-glucosidase enzymes involved in breaking down certain carbohydrates into smaller, absorbable sugars. This slows the breakdown of these carbohydrates.*

When and how should you take Glucose-OK?

Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast. For optimal results, a second capsule may be taken with a carbohydrate-rich lunch or evening meal. The capsule may be opened.
