de medicatie helpt bij ongemakken ten gevolge van het eten van producten met lactose, in bepaalde gevallen is het wel zo dat er toch nog buikkrampen komen, maar veel minder dan anders

Omdat ik lactoseintolerantie heb, gebruik ik deze tabletjes af en toe.
Vooral als ik op restaurant ben, wil ik soms een gerecht kiezen waar melk in verwerkt zit. Ik heb ze altijd bij . Lactosevrije recepten vind je niet overal .Eveneens lactosevrije produkten in een supermartkt zijn er veel te weinig aanwezig. Telkens die etiketten lezen wanneer ik een voedingsprodukt koop,
is niet gemakkelijk.

Je souffre d'une polyarthrite, mon traitement contre cette dernière est à base de lactose.

J'aime beaucoup ce nouveau format de comprimé pour Lactose OK. C'est beaucou plus facile à avaler que les gélules. Le produit marche comme d'habitude très bien si vous êtes intolérant au lactose. Et bien faire attention de prendre le nombre de comprimés nécessaires et pas forcément juste 1.

Lactose-OK contains the enzyme lactase. Lactase improves lactose digestion in people who have difficulty digesting it. Lactose-OK comes in three forms and strengths: capsules with 3300 FCC of lactase, tablets with 4500 FCC of lactase and Forte Instant sticks with 6000 FCC of lactase.
What is the difference between Lactose-OK capsules, tablets and Forte Instant sticks?

All three variants contain lactase but differ in enzyme activity and form. Capsules provide 3300 FCC of lactase, tablets 4500 FCC and Forte Instant sticks 6000 FCC per unit. Capsules can be opened and tablets crushed, which can be useful for young children, for example. The sticks contain powder that can be sprinkled directly onto the tongue or over lactose-containing food, making them convenient for swallowing difficulties, on the go or at a restaurant.
When and how should you take Lactose-OK?

Take Lactose-OK just before a lactose-containing meal. Capsules are normally swallowed whole, and tablets can be taken with water. The Forte Instant stick can be sprinkled directly onto the tongue without water or distributed over lactose-containing food. This makes the lactase enzyme available when lactose from the meal is digested.
How much Lactose-OK do you need with a meal?

The amount of lactase needed varies from person to person and depends on factors including your personal tolerance and the amount of lactose in the meal. Keep the different strengths in mind: capsules contain 3300 FCC, tablets 4500 FCC and Forte Instant sticks 6000 FCC of lactase per unit.
Do milk, yoghurt, cream, ice cream and cheese require the same amount of lactase?

No. Lactose content varies between foods. Milk, ice cream and certain fresh cheeses contain more lactose than hard, matured cheeses, which generally contain little lactose. The amount of lactase needed can therefore also vary from meal to meal.
Which form of Lactose-OK should you choose?

This depends on how much lactase you need and which form you prefer. Capsules contain 3300 FCC of lactase per unit and can be opened. Tablets contain 4500 FCC and can be crushed. Forte Instant sticks contain 6000 FCC per stick and are useful when you have no water to hand or have difficulty swallowing.
Can Lactose-OK be used for babies and children?
