  • 20g vanilla pudding powder
  • 20g granulated sugar
  • Low-protein hazelnut spread (Taranis)
  • 12 low-protein raspberry shortbread cookies (Taranis)
  • 200g raspberries

Preparation

  1. Mix 3 spoons of low-protein drink (Taranis) with the vanilla pudding powder into a smooth mixture without lumps.
  2. Bring the remaining low-protein drink (Taranis) together with the granulated sugar to a boil.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and add the pudding mixture while stirring.
  4. Allow the pudding to thicken while stirring with a whisk.
  5. Let it boil thoroughly for another 1 minute.
  6. Pour the pudding into a bowl and let it cool. Stir regularly to prevent lumps.
  7. Spread a layer of vanilla pudding on top of a low-protein raspberry shortbread cookie (Taranis) and place the raspberries on top, tip facing upward.
  8. Spread the bottom of a second low-protein raspberry shortbread cookie (Taranis) with low-protein hazelnut spread (Taranis) and the top with vanilla pudding. Place the cookie on the raspberries and place more raspberries on top.
  9. Repeat with a third cookie. This creates three layers of low-protein raspberry shortbread cookies (Taranis) and two layers of raspberries.
