Raspberry millefeuille

This delicious dessert is perfect for those on a low-protein diet. It combines layers of crunchy cake with creamy vanilla cream and fresh raspberries for a delicious taste experience.

Ingredients

For 4 persons

  • 250 ml Taranis® Dalia beverage
  • 20g vanilla pudding powder
  • 20g granulated sugar
  • Taranis® pasta hazelnut
  • 12 pieces of Taranis® shortbread with raspberry
  • 200g raspberries

Preparation

  1. Mix three spoonfuls of Taranis® Dalia drink with the pudding powder until no lumps are present.
  2. Bring the remaining Taranis® Dalia drink to a boil along with the sugar.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and slowly add the dissolved pudding powder.
  4. Let the pudding thicken while stirring with a whisk.
  5. Then add the sugar and cook well for another minute.
  6. Pour the pudding into a bowl and let it cool.
  7. Mix frequently with a whisk to prevent clumping.
  8. Spread the top of a Taranis® raspberry shortbread cookie with some vanilla custard.
  9. Place the raspberries in the pudding with the top facing up.
  10. Spread the bottom of the next Taranis® raspberry shortbread cookie with the Taranis® paste hazelnut and the top of the cookie with the pudding again, and place on top of the raspberries.
  11. Then place the raspberries back on top of this and spread the bottom of the next cookie again with the Taranis® paste hazelnut. In this way, you will obtain three layers of Taranis® shortbread with raspberry and 2 layers of raspberries.
