In a small bowl, mix the honey with hot water, stir well and season with salt and pepper. Add the onion to the mixture and set aside to use.  <\/li>\n<li>Use a mold to cut rounds of about 10 cm from the slices of puff pastry.<\/li>\n<li>Place the rounds on the baking sheet and brush the edges with olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>Crumble the feta cheese and spread it over the center of the puff pastry.
