Ingredients
For 2 avocados
- 2 avocados
- 100 grams of soft goat cheese
- 100 ml Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- handful of fresh basil
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon almond shavings
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the goat cheese and mash with a fork until combined.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Also add half of the honey, chopped basil, oregano and almonds to the cheese and mix well.
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the stone.
- Fill the avocado halves with the cheese mixture.
- Drizzle the avocados with olive oil and the remaining half of the honey to grill them nicely.
- Place the stuffed avocados in the preheated oven and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
