Salmon with honey and garlic

Salmon with honey is a real treat for seafood lovers and a culinary delight that combines simplicity and refinement. Ingredients

For 3 persons

  • 3 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  • 30 g unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce and lemon juice and set aside.
  3. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the salmon fillets for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the butter and garlic to the pan and continue to fry the salmon.
  5. Then pour the honey sauce into the pan and occasionally baste the salmon with the sauce. Let the sauce thicken.
  6. Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds if desired, serve with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, rice or salad.
