Ingredients
For 3 persons
- 3 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper
- 30 g unsalted butter
- 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce and lemon juice and set aside.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the salmon fillets for about 5 minutes.
- Add the butter and garlic to the pan and continue to fry the salmon.
- Then pour the honey sauce into the pan and occasionally baste the salmon with the sauce. Let the sauce thicken.
- Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds if desired, serve with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, rice or salad.
