Salad with tuna and mango

In this delicious salad, the flavors of savory tuna and sweet mango come together, combined with crunchy vegetables and a refreshing dressing. The result is a colorful and delicious dish that is perfect for warm days and light meals.

Ingredients

For 2-3 people

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 mango
  • 75 g of lettuce
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 scallion

For the dressing

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch of chili
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper and salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together for the dressing.
  2. Cut the mango, avocado and cucumber into pieces, and the red onion and spring onion into rings.
  3. Mix the lettuce with the cucumber, mango, red onion, avocado and half of the spring onion.
  4. Add the dressing and mix together.
