Ingredients
For 2-3 people
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 mango
- 75 g of lettuce
- ½ cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 avocado
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 scallion
For the dressing
- Juice of 1 lime
- Pinch of chili
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper and salt
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together for the dressing.
- Cut the mango, avocado and cucumber into pieces, and the red onion and spring onion into rings.
- Mix the lettuce with the cucumber, mango, red onion, avocado and half of the spring onion.
- Add the dressing and mix together.
