This simple recipe requires minimal preparation and offers a delicious and great start to your day. You can make it the night before, making it perfect for those with little time in the morning. A combination of creamy oatmeal, sweet honey and crunchy apples.
Ingredients
For 2 persons
- 60 g oatmeal
- 100 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 1 apple
- 3 tsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- a little salt
Preparation
- Put most of the ingredients in a mixing bowl in following order: oatmeal, cinnamon, salt, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey. Mix the ingredients well.
- Divide between 2 jars/glasses and cover each jar with foil. Place them in the fridge overnight.
- Remove the jars from the fridge and stir well.
- Is the consistency too thin or too thick? Then add some more almond milk (if the consistency is too thick) or Greek yogurt (if the consistency is too thin).
- Top both portions with a few diced apples.
- You can store these overnight oats for up to 5 days in the fridge, as long as you cover the jars tightly.
