Apéro Pizzas

This low-protein pizza dough is perfect for people who are on a low-protein diet but still want to enjoy a delicious homemade pizza. Just add your toppings and enjoy a tasty meal!

Ingredients

8 people

  • ½ can of black olives
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Pepper and salt
  • 1 pack of low-protein ciabatta (Proceli) and 1 pack of low-protein pizza crust (Proceli)
  • 1.5 pack of low-protein cheese slices (Taranis)
  • 1 jar or can of artichokes
  • 2 tomatoes

MATERIAL

  • Blender
  • Glass
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Oven
  • 2 Bowls
  • Tea towel

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix the olives with basil, olive oil and some salt and pepper to make an olive tapenade.
  3. Slice the tomatoes. Cut the artichokes into quarters.
  4. Cut out rounds from the pizza crust using a glass. Cut rounds out of 1 pack of Taranis cheese with that glass. Top the pizza bases with a layer of olive tapenade, a round of cheese, a slice of tomato and the artichokes.
  5. Cut the ciabatta rolls in half lengthwise. Top the ciabatta rolls with a layer of olive tapenade, a piece of cheese the size of the ciabatta, a slice of tomato and some artichokes.
  6. Bake both for 15 minutes in the oven
